21 Things I've Learned In 21 Years

Updated: Dec 12, 2018

Through the highs and the lows of my 21 laps around the sun, I realized that there are lessons everywhere- that life is the teacher and we are the students. Here's 21 things I've not only come to learn but now live by too.

  1. Be grateful.

  2. Our thoughts become our reality. Where attention goes, energy flows- create your reality consciously.

  3. Everyone knows something that you don’t.

  4. With every action, no matter how big or small, there's an effect.

  5. We’re a reflection of the 5 people we spend the most time with.

  6. Everything has vibration, what you’re attracting into your life is residing at the same frequency you are.

  7. The future and the past do not exist, the only thing that is real is the present moment.

  8. There are no negative or positive people, only people making negative or positive choices that alter their vibration.

  9. Anger is the punishment that we give to ourselves.

  10. The world is really friggin huge, see as much of it as you can.

  11. A comfort zone is a beautiful place but nothing ever grows there.

  12. We teach best what we most have to learn- take advice from them, they’ve learned it for a reason.

  13. Money isn’t real, but have a good relationship with it anyway.

  14. Life shakes us to wake us, what is the chaos of your life trying to show you?

  15. Hurt people hurt people

  16. Empowered people empower people.

  17. Everything that you'll ever need is already inside you.

  18. Happiness isn't something you can find, it's something that you are.

  19. Love every living being- but love yourself first.

  20. The most powerful thing you can do is believe.

  21. The journey is the destination

I can't wait to see what 22 has to teach me.

Stay Smiling!
